We love getting to know our Ambassadors as best we can and that all starts with their daily routine.
Here's a peek into Paleo Hero Ambassador & Ironwoman Sarah Crowley's routine and her day to day life.

o Tell us about you and what you do?

I am a professional iron distance triathlete. An ironman includes a 3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42.2km run.

o Do you have a morning ritual or habit? What does that look like?

Every morning I get up and use a thoracic roller to release my back before swimming then I make a coffee and then have oats for breakfast.

o What you eat on an average day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any snacks?

Breakfast
My favourite breakfast is oats or muesli with apple, cinnamon, almonds and cranberries.

Lunch

My lunch is usually a large salad with tuna.

Dinner
Dinner is read meat or chicken, potato and salad most days.

I usually have yoghurt for snacks or sometimes some lollies.

o What’s your daily training/fitness regime look like?

Training for me can be up to 7 hours a day or 30 plus hours per week. We ordinarily start with a swim up to 6 or 7km. We eat breakfast before but have a high protein snack after. We then ride either hill reps or a long ride usually around 11am. Later in the day we will go for a run up to an hour. Usually around 4.30pm.
