Orders sent to an Australian address

FREE delivery for orders over $70 AUD to an Australian address (some remote areas may attract additional shipping costs)

Orders under $70 AUD are sent via courier or standard post as calculated at checkout.

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2 working days of receipt of your order. We are more than happy to write delivery instructions as instructed by customer. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home, then responsibility of order once delivered by courier or postal service is that of the customer not Function Well Foods (Paleo Hero).

Orders sent to outside of Australia.

We currently do not ship orders outside of Australia. In the event an order is required to be shipped overseas it is the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the size of order. Shipping will be calculated, and a quotation provided for acceptance by the customer. Payment will be required prior to the order being sent. If you require and order to be shipped overseas, please contact us via our customer service email hello@paleohero.com.au

Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Customs law in your country before placing your order. Function Well Foods (Paleo Hero) is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.
