It's that time of the year where the mornings are cooler and we're all reaching for our paleo almond porridge. There is no need to identify as paleo or gluten free to enjoy this nutrient-dense and seriously tasty start to the day. Here's a simple and delicious twist on a classic winter warmer.
Things You Need
- 1 serve of Paleo Hero Almond Porridge (requires half banana and 2/3 cup your milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup fresh fruit (we used mixed berries)
- 4 tbs coconut yoghurt (or you can use unsweetened dairy)
- 1 tbs Paleo Hero Primal Muesli
Method
Make a serve of Paleo Hero Almond Porridge as per the packet instructions.
Grab a mason jar or a large cup to assemble your parfait.
Place 1/3 porridge in the bottom of jar then layer with 2 tbs of yoghurt and 1/4 cup of fruit.
Repeat process until you have used up all your ingredients then sprinkle some Paleo Hero Primal Muesli on top.
Be sure you use a lid that has a jar for an on-the-go breakfast option!
