APRICOT BALLS

Things you Need

  • 1/2 cup Paleo Hero Porridge Mix
  • 200g sulfur-free dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup tahini (you can use another nut butter or coconut butter)
  • 1tbs coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut

 

Method

In your food processor blend the apricots, tahini & coconut oil until roughly chopped.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined.

Roll into balls - you can roll them in some extra coconut if you like too.

Store in the fridge or freezer.
