Healthy Bircher Muesli

 

 

We are loving this paleo bircher muesli recipe! Not only is it gluten, grain, refined sugar and dairy free, you can meal prep a few days worth in one go and breakfast is sorted for the week! Batch cook heaven... am I right? This is the perfect post-gym breakfast or brekkie on the run and we even sneak in half a grated zucchini too. You can never have too many veggies! Things you Need
serves 3-4

  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 grated carrot 
  • 2 cups Primal Muesli
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spice 
  • 1/4 cup collagen (optional) - we used Great Lakes Collagen
  • 1 1/2 cups yoghurt (we used the Pure N Free Coconut yoghurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk (we used coconut but almond or dairy is fine)
  • 1 tbs raw honey (optional) 

Method

Add all ingredients to a big bowl and mix well to combine.

Pop into a container or separate serving containers and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Enjoy and be nourished for hours!
