What's better than a chocolately, fudgy brownie? A chocolatey, fudge brownie with a Primal Choc Granola crunch! We honestly can't believe we haven't thought of this sooner!!
These guilt free brownies are so delicious and decadent, you won't be able to tell the difference between these and the traditional kind. Happy Baking!
Things You Need
- 100g dark chocolate
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup cacao powder sifted
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup arrowroot flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour sifted
- ¼ tsp bi carb soda
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup olive oil or coconut oil
- 2 eggs, whisked
- ¼ cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
- 1 cup Primal Choc Granola
Preheat to 180 degrees or 165 degrees fan forced.
Grease and line a square brownie tray.
Place chocolate, coconut cream, cocoa powder and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat until melted and combined.
In a separate bowl combine arrowroot flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the melted chocolate mixture, maple syrup, oil, eggs and pumpkin to the dry ingredients. Fold through the Primal Choc Granola.
Mix well and pour batter in prepared tin.
Bake 25 - 35 mins or until slightly moist in centre. Leave in tin to cool then refridgertae for a few hours before cutting.
Store in the fridge.
