These delicious morsels can be made just like a standard chocolate bliss ball (you can even add some CHOC GRANOLA for that extra crunch factor) or add a dash (or 4) of cheeky rum to give you a healthier swap on the old Xmas fave.
Things you Need
- 200g fresh medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 2 heaped tbs raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup Paleo Hero Porridge Mix
Method
Grab your food processor and blend the dates and coconut oil until they form a paste.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until a dough forms. The dough should be "rollable", if it's a little wet, add a couple of extra tablespoons of Porridge Mix. If it's too dry, add an extra tablespoon or 2 of coconut oil.
Roll them into whatever size balls floats your boat and you can even roll them in some coconut or extra porridge mix too.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
