CHOCOLATE THICKSHAKE

There's nothing better than a thick, rich chocolate shake to satifisfy those sweet choccy cravings. We've loaded our versions with a plenty of nutritious well balanced ingredients so you can enjoy completely guilt free!

Things you Need
Makes 1 700ml Shake

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices 
  • 1/3 cup Primal Choc Granola 
  • 1 tsp honey (add more if you like it sweeter)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup ice 
  • 350ml milk of your choice (we like almond milk for this recipe)


Method

Add all your ingredients to a high powered blender and blend for 45 seconds - 1 minute until thick and smooth. 

The less milk you add, the thicker it will be!

Feel free to add in your favourite health supplements like collagen powder, protein powder, reishi mushrooms etc for that all wellness boost!
