• 1 cup Paleo Hero Primal Muesli
• 1 cup coconut kefir (rich in probiotics)
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp vanilla extract Warming Additions:

• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 1 tsp ground turmeric
• ¼ tsp black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
• ½ tsp cinnamon (plus extra for sprinkling)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil for gentle warming
Gut-Friendly Toppings:
• 1 tbsp raw honey (natural prebiotic)
• ¼ cup activated mixed nuts, roughly chopped

• Optional: 2 tbsp additional coconut kefir for serving

Prepare the Base (Evening Before):
• In a bowl, combine Primal Muesli, coconut kefir, chia seeds, and vanilla
• Stir well until thoroughly mixed
• Cover and refrigerate overnight
• The mixture will thicken as the muesli absorbs the kefir -
Prepare the Warming Fruit Mixture (Morning Of):
• Heat coconut oil in a small pan over low heat
• Add pineapple chunks and cook gently for 2-3 minutes
• Add grated ginger, turmeric, black pepper, and cinnamon
• Stir gently until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes)
• Remove from heat
- Assemble Your Breakfast Pudding:
• Stir the soaked muesli mixture
• Divide between two serving bowls
• Top with warmed pineapple mixture
• Drizzle with raw honey
• Sprinkle with activated mixed nuts and additional cinnamon
• Add an extra dollop of coconut kefir if desired
