Healthy Winter Recipes

As the temperature starts to drop, it's easy to turn to the wrong types of 'comfort foods' (and pack on those winter pounds). As we all know, summer bodies are made well before summer hits and just because it's cooler doesn't mean we should turn to poor food choices.
