Mango Chia Pudding | Paleo Recipes

Create the ultimate balanced breaky with our Primal Muesli topped with a fresh and nourishing Mango Chia Pudding.


Things You Need

  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt (or you can use unsweetened dairy)
  • 1 mango, flesh removed
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 4 tbs collagen powder (or protein powder)
  • Serve with Paleo Hero Primal Muesli

 

Method

Blend all ingredients together, except muesli.

Allow to stand for about half an hour or overnight in the fridge.

Top with Primal Muesli for some healthy fats and dig in.

This will keep for up to a week in the fridge if you use good quality coconut yoghurt.
