Ingredients:

• 6 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
For the Crumble Topping:
• 1 packet Paleo Hero Primal Muesli (200g)
• 1/2 cup almond meal
• 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
1. Preparation:
• Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced)
• Grease a 23cm (9-inch) baking dish with coconut oil
2. For the Apple Filling:
• Peel and slice apples into even-sized pieces
• Toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning
• In a large bowl, combine apples with honey, spices, and vanilla
• Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat
• Add apple mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened
• Transfer to prepared baking dish
3. For the Crumble Topping:
• In a large bowl, combine Paleo Hero Primal Muesli and almond meal
• Add melted coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt
• Mix until well combined and crumbly
4. Assembly and Baking:
• Spread crumble mixture evenly over the apple filling
• Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and apples are tender
• Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
