WARM GOLDEN GODDESS TOAST

A nourishing winter breakfast to support your immune system

INGREDIENTS:
For the Primal Bread:
• 1 pack Paleo Hero Primal Bread Mix
• Ingredients as listed on pack for bread preparation

 

For the Golden Goddess Topping:
• 4 free-range eggs
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tsp ground turmeric
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• Pinch of sea salt
• 2 tsp raw honey
• Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or microgreens)
• 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil for cooking

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Prepare the Primal Bread:
   • Follow package instructions to bake your Paleo Hero Primal Bread
   • Allow to cool slightly before slicing
   • Cut two thick slices for serving

 

2. Prepare the Turmeric Eggs:
   • Whisk eggs in a bowl
   • Add turmeric, black pepper, ginger, and sea salt
   • Mix well until combined
   • Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat
   • Pour in egg mixture and gently stir until softly scrambled
   • Remove from heat while still slightly glossy

 

3. Assemble Your Toast:
   • Toast the bread slices until golden
   • Slice the avocado
   • Layer scrambled eggs on toast
   • Fan avocado slices on top
   • Drizzle with raw honey
   • Garnish with fresh herbs
