We accept payment through the Shopify Pay & PayPal online payment system.

Shopify Pay & PayPal are some of the worlds leading online merchant services companies. Their online payment systems are highly regarded and offers sellers and purchasers one of the safest and most secure methods to transact on the Internet. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this system.

Pricing

All prices listed on our site are exclusive of GST.
Our Primal Snack Food range are the only taxable items in our range and final cost is calculated at the checkout.
You have the opportunity to review your order including all costs associated with any required taxes (GST) and shipping costs prior to proceeding to final payment. 

Shipping

We currently distribute throughout Australia. We do not ship products to any areas outside of Australia.

Delivery Timeline

We use a combination of Couriers Please and Australia Post to distribute our online orders. We work extremely hard to ensure your products are sent to you in a timely manner. Most orders will be packed and sent to you within 48 hours of order. Delivery is subject to normal delivery times thereafter. Please allow approx. 5-7 business days for delivery (some orders may arrive quicker than this). For orders to Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory please allow 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs

We charge shipping based on a weight based matrix. For larger/interstate orders that incur charges beyond that, we will wear the additional cost.
$5.95 for total orders 1.5kg and under.
$9.95 for total order 1.6kg and over.
Free Shipping for any orders over $200.00 total cart.
