How it Works

Primal Subscriptions are valid on a select collection of product bundles only. 

Choose your delivery frequency on your selected subscription product - set your automatic delivery schedule for every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks.

Complete your checkout to start your subscription. The payment method you use for your first order will automatically be charged for each future delivery. You can update your payment method at any time. 

Free Shipping applies to all subscription products for the life of your subscription.

Automatic Subscription Order Renewal 

We will automatically renew your order depending on the order frequency you choose during your initial subscription order process.

You can view your full subscription schedule by logging into your Paleo Hero account.

We will charge your payment method the cost of your subscription order including any applicable taxes, one full business day before dispatching your order. If you wish to pause, resume, cancel, or adjust the frequency of your subscription orders, make these changes by logging into your Paleo Hero  account or email us at hello@paleohero.com.au.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations and refunds will not be applicable to that order unless the products are returned within 30 days at the customer's expense. 

Loyalty Points and Voucher Codes 

Primal Subscriptions are excluded from our Paleo Hero Loyalty & Rewards Points Program. 

Loyalty point voucher codes are not valid on any Primal Subscription products and points will not accrue on any Primal Subscription purchases.
