A Day on My Plate with Pro Surfer Sophie McCulloch

Sophie McCulloch - Pro Surfer & Paleo Hero Ambassador

We love getting to know our Ambassasdors as best as we can and that all starts with their daily routine.

Here's a peek into Paleo Hero Ambassador & Pro Surfer Sophie McCulloch's and her day to day life.

o Tell us about you and what you do?

I am an 21-year-old surfer competing on the World Surf League Qualifying and Challenger Series with aspirations to qualify for the World Circuit Tour and the 2024 Olympic Games. My dreams branch further to be #1 in both these competitive routes. I am also a part time university student at the University of the Sunshine Coast studying a dual degree, Bachelor in Marketing and Biomedical Science.

o Do you have a morning ritual or habit? What does that look like?
