We love getting to know our Ambassasdors as best as we can and that all starts with their daily routine.
Here's a peek into Paleo Hero Ambassador & Pro Surfer Sophie McCulloch's and her day to day life.

o What you eat on an average day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any snacks?
Muesli/Granola and yoghurt or homemade smoothie bowl.
I usually make a salad based on what leftovers are in the fridge (usually includes spinach, pumpkin, capsicum and tomatoes.

My favourite snack is a protein bar or a handful of nuts/dried fruit.
