These gluten free, dairy free and grain free Apple Berry Protein Muffins are full of flavour and loaded with slow burning energy. Kid friendly and healthy muffins for the whole family!

Method

Preheat oven to 180C fan forced.

Add Primal Bread Mix, collagen, apple, berries and cinnamon in a large bowl and set aside.

Blend eggs, apple cider vinegar & honey until light and foamy and pour over dry mix.

Mix well to combine. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake for 20-25 mins.

Optional: Top with Primal Muesli!
