Choc Crunch Easter Eggs

Paleo Choc Crunch Eggs. Like your regular Easter eggs, just crunchier. We don't want to be the fun-police at Easter time and take away the joy that is chocolate because to be honest, we love chocolate. If you don't have egg moulds you can absolutely just pour this into a tray and make a block of chocolate.

Things you Need

  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate (we used Lindt 90% or you can make your own chocolate with cacao butter, coconut oil, cacao and maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup Primal Choc Granola

    Optional Extras
  • 2 tbs toasted coconut
  • 2 tbs peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tsp medicinal mushrooms
  • 2 tbs collagen powder

Method

Add melted chocolate and granola to a bowl and mix well. If you are adding any of the optional extras, add them in now too.

Spoon into your chocolate egg moulds and pop in the freezer to set.

Pop out the egg halves when set and use a little extra melted chocolate to stick the halves together.
