Tomato & Herb Crackers

Love a good cheese board but missing out on those crunchy crispbreads or crackers? Problem solved. These Tomato & Herb Crackers are the perfect gluten free solution for any party platter. Best part is their totally delicious and slightly addictive!

Things You Need


    Preheat oven to 180 degrees or 165 degrees fan forced and line 2 baking trays

    Place water, oil, apple cider vinegar and tomato paste in a saucepan and bring to the boil over a low heat.

    While the wet mixture is heating up, add your packet of Primal Pizza Base to large mixing bowl. 

    Once wet mixture has come to the boil, make a well in the centre of your pizza base mix and add wet mixture. Mix well and set aside to cool.

    Once the mix is cool to touch, add 2 eggs lightly whisked and stir until combined.

    Place the mix onto a bench or board, dust with coconut flour and knead together to form the dough.

    Tomato & Herb Crackers

    Divide the dough into 2 or 3 balls depending on your baking tray size and roll out to 5mm thick. Score your dough with a knife to make your desired cracker size.

    Place your trays in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. 

    Allow to cook before breaking apart your crackers.

    Store in an air tight container for up to a week.
