HOW TO MAKE MEMakes 1 serve (Packet makes 5 serves)
Things you Need:
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 2/3 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup (50g) Almond Porridge Mix
Stovetop Method:
In a small saucepan, whisk together mashed banana and milk.
Place over a low-medium heat for 2 minutes or until warmed through.
Add ½ cup (50g) Almond Porridge Mix and stir until well combined.
Bring to the boil and stir for 4-5 minutes or until the mix has thickened to a porridge consistency.
Serve immediately as is or add your choice of toppings.
Microwave Method:
In a microwave safe bowl, whisk together mashed banana and milk then stir in 1/2 cup (50g) Almond Porridge Mix until well combined.
Microwave for 2 minutes then stir. Microwave for further 1 minute if mixture has not thickened. Leave to stand for 2 minutes to thicken further.
Serve immediately as is or add your choice of toppings.
Serving Suggestion: Add a few drops of orange essential oil or mix through some poached apple or pears.
